Kirstie

I began my musical journey at a young age, I was forever up singing to my family, friends and anyone that would listen. I loved performing and so dived into the world of music by joining a choir and a West End Musical Theatre summer school during my teenage years. This passion led me to pursue music and drama at school before beginning Musical Theatre studies at Dudley College and later at the University of Chichester, where I obtained a BA Honours in Music and Musical Theatre. After gaining valuable experience teaching with Emma I am excited to be back at Big Arena, where I look forward to sharing my love for music and singing and nurturing the talents of our students that come through the door!

Rachel

Hi Music has always been my biggest passion and from the age of five I began having keyboard and piano lessons before I found my love of singing including songs of all genres in particular Rock, Pop and Musical Theatre.

I was in school choir where I would love to sing solos, joined an amateur dramatic group as a member of chorus and my mom was a performer on the local club circuit and would follow her and started singing in music venues with live backing from the age of twelve.

My interest grew as a I got older and was lucky enough to perform at the Grand Theatre in productions and I was also the lead singer in duos performing covers and it was my time in a tribute band that led me to Emma to develop some formal training for my passion which resulted in me passing my Grade 6, 7 and 8 Exams in singing with merit and distinctions.

Now in my thirties my love for all things music still continues to grow and alongside my full time job still love to perform but would love to pass on my knowledge and love of performing onto others.
